01. Refund Process

To refund a service, simply email info@oxerv.com with your order number and/or invoice number.

02. Refunds

After receiving your refund request and checking your order, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your refund request.

03. Please Note

Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

Virtual, Dedicated Servers and Domain Name services cannot be refunded.

If you want to cancel your VPS or Dedicated Server please allow us 30 days starting from the day you request the cancellation, if the server renewal occurred in this 30 days you will have to renew until your server gets canceled.
